CEDAR PARK, TX – An 18-year-old woman lost her life to a single-car collision that happened on the 1900 block of East Whitestone Boulevard Saturday morning.
Cedar Park Police have identified her as Elisa Jean Winters of Leander, who they declared dead at the scene.

Officials are investigating the exact cause of this wreck and have not provided additional information at this time.
