SAN MARCOS, TX – A 48-year-old woman was killed as a result of a head-on collision on the 9800th block of FM 110 on Friday, CBS Austin reports.
San Marcos police said a driver of a white Honda Accord drifted into the opposite lane and crashed head-on into a dark-colored Hyundai Sonata.
The Hyundai driver and Honda Accord driver were sent to Ascension Seton Hays Hospital in Kyle.
The Hyundai driver, 48-year-old Estella Rodriguez Autry, died from her injuries.
The Honda driver is expected to survive.
