ROUND ROCK, TX – Two people were hospitalized after a multi-vehicle accident involving a semi-truck and a garbage truck on Monday, CBS Austin reports.
According to the Round Rock Police Department, the accident occurred on Chandler Road and involved an 18-wheeler, a garbage truck, a van, and a passenger vehicle. Images of the crash show extensive damage to the semi-truck. Two were transported to Seton Hospital for their injuries.
Both the eastbound and westbound lanes of Chandler Road between Highway 130 and County Road 100 were shut down.
